Punit has worked with consumer product companies, retailers, and digital-native businesses, advising both offline players and digital incumbents, including large digital ecosystems, scale unicorns, and younger upstarts. His experience spans corporate and business unit strategy, growth strategy and execution, sales acceleration, customer strategy, and performance improvement.

Punit received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in economics from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
