Expertise
Luis Frota is a partner at Bain & Company's Sao Paulo office. He joined Bain in 2006 and has over 20 years of experience in management consulting.
He leads our Banking practice and our M&A practice for South America. He is also highly active in our Analytics & Solutions practice, especially in topics related to AI and GenAI
Since joining the firm Luis has driven client engagements spanning Corporate Strategy, M&A, Post Merger Integrations, AI Strategy, IT strategy and Performance Improvement.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a software development intern for at Flow Corretora de Valores in Brazil and as a summer associate for Monashees Capital e BRZ Investimentos.
Luis holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (USA) and a degree in electronic engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (Brazil).
He is fluent in Portuguese and English.
