Raiko Shareef

Raiko Shareef is a Partner in Bain's Sydney office and a member of our People and Organization and Technology practices.

Raiko works with large organisations on transformations that change how they fundamentally operate. His work spans AI strategy and adoption, operating model redesign, enterprise agility, and the technology modernisation needed to make successful change.

Within Bain Australia, Raiko leads the Asians at Bain affinity group and is active in the firm's social impact work.

Raiko is also part of Bain's global Aster℠ capability based in Australia.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from Victoria University of Wellington.
