Prateek Manudhanya

Prateek Manudhanya is a member of our Private Equity practice.

Prateek advises private equity and growth equity investors across the investment lifecycle, including fund strategy, asset identification, commercial due diligence, M&A, and post-acquisition value creation.

He has deep experience in healthcare private equity, with particular focus on medical devices, pharma services, healthcare delivery, healthcare IT, and consumer healthcare. He has also worked across technology services, consumer products, and retail. Prateek has supported leading investors and portfolio companies across India and the Middle East on complex investment theses, diligence processes, and value creation agendas. His work spans both traditional commercial diligence and broader full-potential topics, including technology diligence, platform strategy, and post-acquisition performance improvement.

In addition to his client work, Prateek is active in our people and office leadership initiatives in India. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a bachelor’s degree in commerce and economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
