Rakesh Pozhath is a member of our Financial Services practice, with deep expertise in payments, transaction banking, AI, banking tech, blockchain, fintech, customer experience and retail/SME lending. He also leads the APAC Payments & Fintech practice and is an active contributor to our Customer and Enterprise Technology practices.
With nearly 15 years of experience in management consulting, Rakesh has worked closely with multiple global and Indian banks, NBFCs, Fintechs and Payment Cos on strategy, digital, performance improvement, risk, AI, customer, operating model and M&A priorities. He has also led multi-year customer experience and AI x Digital transformation programs for top-tier regional and local banks and NBFCs, serving clients across India, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
He earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a B. Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
