Dominik Foucar is a member of our Automotive , Chemicals , M&A , Operations and Performance Improvement practices. He is also advises clients on cost transformations as well as strategic realignment programs.

With nearly two decades of management consulting experience, Dominik's work spans accelerated performance transformation and M&A strategy work for automotive and process industry clients. He has deep expertise across the EV battery ecosystem, software transformation, as well as AI-enabled operations improvement and operating model optimization programs.

He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
