Madison Dyal Anderson is a member of our Retail and Customer practices.
She has 15 years of consulting experience with Bain & Company, with deep expertise across retail — with a particular focus on grocery and restaurants — and a track record leading large-scale strategy and transformation work for many of the sector's largest players. She specializes in growth and brand strategy, organizational design, change management, and increasingly, how AI and data are reshaping the retail customer experience.
Madison has held numerous internal leadership roles across recruiting, mentorship, and career development, and serves as Head of Dallas Women at Bain. She also led the renovation of the Dallas office, creating a space built for collaboration and exemplifying Bain Dallas culture.
Earlier in her career, Madison served as an executive at LTK, the leader in creator economy monetization, where she led commercial development.
Madison holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. Apart from work, Madison is a proud mom to three sons and Board Member of Mosaic Family Services.
