Danielle Stekelenburg

Danielle Stekelenburg is a Partner in our Performance Improvement practice and serves as the practice's Global Delivery & Talent Lead.

She specializes in complex global transformations, and previously led our Accelerated Performance Transformation (APT) product across EMEA. She helps clients realize rapid results: optimizing delivery, reducing costs, and increasing revenue, with a strong focus on building the culture needed to sustain change. She works across industries, with particular experience in technology and telecommunications.

Day to day, Danielle leads transformations powered by AI. She helps executives translate AI's promise into pragmatic delivery: identifying where AI can accelerate results, where human judgment should remain central, and how to build the talent and operating model needed to sustain change.

Danielle holds a Master of Science in systems engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Master of Arts in econometrics from Western University in Canada.

Outside of work, Danielle volunteers as a business coach to entrepreneurs leading sports-related startups.
