Yeounghoon Yang is the leader of Bain’s Applied Technology & AI and Web3 practices in Korea. He is also a key member of the Private Equity and Digital Insurgent practices.
Since joining Bain Korea as a consultant in 2017, he has served clients in a wide variety of industries including private equity, industrial goods, tech, consumer goods, and financial service. He has extensive experience in corporate strategy areas such as full-potential strategy, new-business strategy, global expansion strategy, and M&A.
As a member of our Private Equity practice, he focuses on commercial due diligence, post-merger integration, and value creation for the portfolio companies of private equity funds.
He is a graduate of Yonsei University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
