Karl Strempel

Karl Strempel is a member of our Automotive practice and serves as the regional solution lead for service operations in EMEA. He is also head of our Sustainability practice in DACH, and co-lead of our Social Impact practice in Germany.

With nearly two decades of consulting management experience, Karl's expertise spans support for clients in international growth strategies, sales, and service optimization. He also has deep expertise in implementing digital transformation for OEMs and suppliers, having led one of the largest sales transformation programs in the automotive industry. 

Karl holds an MBA from the Nanyang Business School in Singapore and a bachelor's degree in strategy and international management from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. He is also a certified Agile Scrum Master.
