Hanna Kadesch is a member of our Customer and Technology practices, with significant experience in the Private Equity practice.

She has deep expertise across technology hardware, software, and services, advising clients on profitable growth strategy, value creation, go-to-market transformation, and sales and incentive design. Hanna partners with leadership teams to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen commercial capabilities, and improve performance. She also has experience supporting private equity investors and portfolio companies on commercial diligence and post-acquisition growth strategy, particularly in software and technology-enabled businesses.

Prior to joining Bain, Hanna worked in brand management at Procter & Gamble, where she drove growth for beauty brands through consumer insight, portfolio strategy, innovation, and integrated go-to-market execution.

Hanna holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Colgate University.
