Geoffrey Weston

Geoffrey Weston is a member of our Airlines, Logistics & Transportation practice and serves as its Global Head.

He has nearly two decades of experience in commercial aviation, spanning fleet, campaigns, revenue management, strategy, and commercial and cargo operations, where he advises industry players on strategic and operational issues.

Prior to Bain, Geoffrey was Head of Group Strategy and Development at International Airlines Group, where his responsibilities included M&A strategy, group network, and fleet coordination. He was previously Executive Director at an aviation and aerospace consulting firm, where he led its consulting practice in EMEA. 

Geoffrey holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy, politics, and economics from Oxford University and a diploma in Arabic language studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies.
