Andrea Alori

Andrea Alori is a leader within our Travel & Leisure practice in EMEA.

With more than 15 years of management consulting experience, Andrea has developed deep expertise across the travel and leisure ecosystem, with a particular focus on cruise, hospitality, and tour operators. He advises clients ranging from travel technology platforms and mass-market operators to premium lifestyle brands, ultra-luxury travel experiences, and niche specialists such as safari and expedition operators, supporting organizations from new ventures to established global leaders. His experience also extends across the broader maritime ecosystem, including yachting, ports, and shipbuilders, as well as aviation, including airlines and airports.

Andrea’s functional expertise includes corporate and business unit strategy, growth and commercial excellence, customer experience, performance improvement, and AI strategy. He advises both corporate clients and private equity investors and represents Bain as a member of the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC).

He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees, cum laude, in management engineering from Università La Sapienza di Roma.
