Saverio Calderoni is a member of our Performance Improvement practice.
Saverio specializes in designing and implementing transformation and value creation programs for global-scale clients. He is a pioneer of AI-first transformations and deploying AI at scale. He also has distinctive expertise in supply chain optimization—including industrial footprint design, end-to-end planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management—as well as in procurement and sustainability. He supports clients across industries, including Travel & Leisure, Advanced Manufacturing & Services, and Technology.
Saverio is a culture carrier at Bain. He is a recipient of our long-standing Bright-Dix Memorial Award, which celebrates those colleagues who have made exceptional contributions to the professional development of others. He maintains an active role in local and global trainings. He has supported clients from many Bain offices, including New York, Amsterdam, Doha, Brussels, Athens, and Istanbul, as well as from his home base in Italy.
Saverio holds an MSc in Strategic Management and a BSc in International Business Administration, both from the Rotterdam School of Management.
