Robert Howgego

Robert Howgego is a member of our Financial Services practice.

Robert joined Bain's London office in 2010 and has since advised clients across Europe and Africa. He has worked extensively with banks, as well as in insurance, asset management and pension fund administration.

Robert’s primary focus has been on full potential transformation programmes. In these engagements, he advises clients on strategy, operating model and performance improvement topics, supporting them through to execution and results delivery, guiding them to drive sustainable change down to the frontline.

Financial services both in Africa and globally are undergoing a fundamental shift toward digitally enabled customer focus, and this trend has influenced much of Robert's work. He is deeply experienced with new banking model innovation and implementation.  

Robert was previously a corporate finance lawyer with Linklaters in London and New York.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD.
