Geoffrey Weston

He has nearly two decades of experience in aviation, spanning fleet, revenue management, strategy, and commercial and cargo operations. He advises industry players on strategic and operational issues, with deep expertise across M&A strategy, group alliances, and group fleet and network planning.

Prior to Bain, Geoffrey was Head of Group Strategy and Development at International Airlines Group, where his responsibilities included M&A strategy, group network, and fleet coordination. He was previously Executive Director at an aviation and aerospace consulting firm, where he led its consulting practice in EMEA.

Geoffrey holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy, politics, and economics from Oxford University and a diploma in Arabic language studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies.
