She has more than two decades of consulting management experience advising clients through strategic change, operating models, cost transformation, and M&A. 

Caitlin has deep expertise in a wide range of industries, including engineering & construction, aerospace, and technology, with a primary focus on B2B services. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, with distinction, and a bachelor's degree in science engineering from the University of Michigan.
