About Alexandra
Alexandra Barton is a member of our Mergers and Acquisitions and Energy & Natural Resources practices.
She has more than 10 years of consulting experience with us across the US and EMEA. Alexandra has worked on many large-scale, complex merger integrations in Energy, Retail, and Tech with significant experience running the Integration Management Office and delivering revenue and cost synergies. She also has substantial experience with company-wide cost and strategy transformations, sourcing and merchandising, supply chain, growth strategy, and operating model efforts across the Energy & Natural Resources, Advanced Manufacturing & Services, and Retail practices.
Beyond her client work, Alexandra is a mentor to many of our junior team members as well as a leader in our local people initiatives, including the events and culture group for the Dallas office. She is also an ambassador for our Women at Bain programming and has been a leader in undergraduate recruiting.
Alexandra earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and bachelor's degrees in civil engineering and finance from Southern Methodist University.
