Samer Bohsali

Samer Bohsali is a senior partner and the co-leader of our Public Sector practice across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He has more than 20 years of management consulting and industry experience.

He works with heads of state, ministers, and senior officials on national visions, policy design, restructuring, and sector strategies, focusing on delivering better outcomes for citizens and communities.

Samer has supported some of the region’s most ambitious reforms, helping modernize public services, drive investment and job creation, and build institutional resilience. His work covers a broad set of priorities, including government transformation, economic development, public finance, human capital and education, culture and tourism, healthcare and social development. He has deep expertise in applying AI to modernize service delivery and decision-making. Samer also has extensive experience in aerospace and defense in the GCC, spanning large-scale transformation, operating model design, supply chain and MRO, performance improvement, and technology transformation.

Prior to joining Bain, Samer was a partner at another global consulting firm and co-founded Cyberia Holdings, where he served as COO.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD and both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from the American University of Beirut.
